Intended Parent Consultation
Intended Parent Consultation sessions are designed to help you prepare for using donors or surrogates. During this session, we will discuss the potential outcomes of treatment, including how to move through potential treatment failure and how to navigate treatment success. We will also discuss any questions and concerns that you have about the process. I will provide you will the most up-to-date research about how to talk to your future child about their conception and support you throughout your journey.
Consultations are 60 minutes and cost $350.
Gestational Carrier Evaluation
During this session I will talk with future gestational carriers or surrogates to make sure that you know what you will go through during pregnancy and when working with an intended parent(s). This session includes a clinical interview as well as a psychological evaluation.
Evaluations are 2 hours long and cost $1,100. This includes a written report that can be submitted to fertility clinics.
Egg and Sperm Donor Evaluation
This evaluations focuses on helping potential egg or sperm donors determine whether they are emotionally ready to donate. During this session, I will talk with potential donors about the commitment they are choosing to make and ensure that they are fully understanding of their role in the fertility process. This session includes a clinical interview and a psychological evaluation.
Evaluations are 2 hours long and cost $1,100. This includes a written report that can be submitted to a fertility clinic.
